| Q. I want to place an international
order from your website to our store in Australia,
I want to know if you can ship internationally and
accept credit card as a form of payment? |
A. We
accept international orders always, and we have
many customers from Australia, Canada, United States,
Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Denmark, The Netherlands,
Thailand, Japan etc.
FedEx can deliver to where
our customers can be extended to where!
We can accept customer sample order payment via
western union, bank wire transfer, moneybookers
etc, but we are sorry can not accept customer
credit card payment directly.

| Q. I have not vendors license,
can i purchase your website items? |
| A.
It is ok for purchase our goods if you have
not vendors license. |

| Q. How much tax rate/tariffs
if I purchase items from your website? |
A. We
try our best help our customers avoid the orders
tax/tariffs always.
For our customer order
package express waybill and commercial invoice:
we declare the packaegs content only samples for
customer check quality and design, no commercial
value, and sample package commercial invoice less
that $30 US Dollar for save cost duty & tax.
In general, our customer order package will with
free duty or only very little tax/tariffs.
But if you need actual value for purchase order,
it is ok also, we can issue the official invoice
with actual value for order package, but please
note that this may have a huge amount of tariffs
for your order.

| Q. How to do if I want to customized
make personal design beads? |
A. Please
email detail informations for your customized items
include item description, picture, drawing etc...
to us: sales@chinabead.com, Subject: "customized
beads"
or you can fill in our website SUBMIT
YOUR ORDER ONLINE form with your customized
items detail description and the design information
file etc.

Q. I am looking to make
custom pandora beads for me. however, I am not looking
to purchase these in bulk, I want to purchase them
as gifts and only need 100 pieces!
Is this something your company is able to do? |
A. we
are our custom word stamped glass bead charm order
have minimum order request, because custom engraving
word stamped needs to produce via die.
We have help you make custom word stamped glass
bead charms with 100 pieces, but the bead unit price
will more expensive than wholesale orders.

a real sterling silver core glass beads? |

stamped, if you request, we can email to you Inspection
Certificate for our sterling silver items. |

cores tarnish or turn dark? |

925 silver or silver accessories used with real

so our glass bead charm silver cores are not tarnish
and turn dark forever and always. |

on time since I have send out inquiry email? |
A.
Usually we will reply customer inquiry by
email within 3 business days, if you have not get
response from us: Perhaps:
* You typed wrong email address to us on your contact
information form. please inquiry again and make
sure your email address is correct.
* Your order quantity is less than our M.O.Q or
you inquiry email is indefinite about what you need.
* Some email service provider block the email sometimes,
please resend from your another email (recommend:
gmail, hotmail).
* You are from China, to protect our collection
will not be copied to cheap price poor quality items,
No domestic business and No dealing with trading
company from China. |

| Q. Do your glass beads and
silver beads interchangeable with all other brand
jewelry? |
| A. Our
website glass bead charms and silver charms hole
size is 4.5mm are interchangeable and fit with Pandora,
Biagi, Chamilia, Tedora and other slide hole jewelry.
*Trollbeads starters are 3mm chain like Pandora,
Biagi, Chamilia and others, but they do not have
END CAPS, which add about 1.5mm to the size. therefore,
all our charms will fit on Trollbeads starters,
but no Trollbeads will fit on any other brand
of starter.
